Reservation and information request / Calendar
Payment options are CZK (Czech crowns) or credit cards (ie., VISA, EC/MC, Diners Club, American Express, and JCB). Our system is safe since the credit card data is separated into two parts as you type your credit card information on the reservation form for your apartment guarantee. We do NOT charge your reservation to your credit card in advance of your visit; the preauthorization we obtain from your credit card company is used to confirm your stay with us.
Cancellation policy: If you wish to cancel your reservation without being charged for the first night, please telephone us or send us an email at least two days before your scheduled arrival if you are staying with us three nights or less; if you are staying with us more than three nights, be sure to cancel your reservation seven days before your scheduled arrival to avoid being charged for the first night. We always confirm your emails. Thank you for your cooperation.
Note that our reception hours are limited so please mention in your email approximately what time you plan to arrive. Please also contact us during your trip if your arrival time is delayed so that we can be here to meet you.
Please note that during high season, Apartments #1, #2 and #3 have a two night minimum stay on weekends. During the annual "Celebration of the Rose" (the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday closest to June 21st) and from December 29th until January 2nd, there is a two night minimum stay in all of the apartments; thank you for your cooperation.
If your child(ren) are less than two years of age, we provide you with baby cots at no extra charge instead of preparing the sofa beds for them. Therefore do not include these young children in the “number of guests” space but write us a note saying you would like to use the baby cots in the “comments” box at the end of the reservation process. For example if two adults bring one child under two years of age, they would pay the couple price with no additional charge for the child if the child sleeps in the baby cot.
Reservation Process:
- When you select your "arrival" and "departure" dates below, the apartments available for that time period will be shown. The prices shown are for the usual occupancy for the apartments. On the above menu bar, click "Descriptions/Prices" to see other occupancy/price options. For example as shown on the "Descriptions" page, the usual occupancy of "Apartment #3" is three or four persons since it has two separate bedrooms; the high season daily rate is 4200 CZK. If one or two additional persons use this apartment (making the total occupancy five or six people), there is an additional charge of 500 CZK to 800 CZK per night for them to use the sofa bed. However if only one or two persons use this apartment, the high season daily rate is 3300 CZK.
- If the available apartments on the dates you entered do not meet your requirements, the calendar at the bottom of this page shows in "green" which apartments are available on other days. To change the month on the calendar, scroll down the list of months under the calendar to select another month then click "show."
- At "Select No. of apartments" click "1" for the aparment you have chosen; then click "Continue."
- After you select "No. of guests per apartment", the "Price including VAT (including all taxes)" will change as appropriate, based on the number of people in your group.
- Click "Continue" to go to the next screens to add your name, email address, credit card information, etc. "
